CF...Argh

I don't get it , that supposed "Chain" has already been broken , and yet , I still feel a sense of discouragement in the CF . Loving others instead of expecting to love... I tried , but not hard enough I guess ?

I'm angry at a friend right now , but I guess it's because I expect too much from people .
