LEO Idol .

Oh goodness .

LEO Idol was so tiring . Why ? Because we were standing most of the time .

After arriving at Subang Parade , I immediately heard Wesley's name being called out . He did quite well , considering a few pitching errors here and there , but the first judge didn't hold back any of his words , funny thing was that the judges started arguing...He got 22/40 , quite decent .

Then we went and ate , Rachel and her sister were queued as one of the last , so we went on and had some food at McD's . Fail , they didn't give me and Phei Fern our drinks , so we both just let it be given that the line was so long and they probably wouldn't bother anyway...

Next , we rushed back , waited awhile more until it was the Taman SEA-ians time to shine . There were some really good performances , especially by some of the singers who had AMAZING voices . Then it was Rachel and Lydia's turn . Sadly , they were potong-ed really quick because they rushed the song without any background music at all , which made one of the judges potong them and told them that there was no feel at all and he gave them 2/10 , the other judges gave them slightly higher though . Tough luck :X

Then...Esther shocked me . She sang and played the guitar....And she got an overall score of 39/40 . She made us SEA-Parkians proud ! Nikki did really well too , and the both of them were qualified for the top 5 showdown . Sadly , Nikki didn't have a second song , so she was forced to forfeit . Esther on the other hand , sang Zee Avi's "Kantoi" . It was good . But then , one of the other finalists , called Nana or something like that , sang a Celine Dion song (I think) , and her voice was just sooooooooo powerful ...

I didn't stay to see who won though , went over to the Carrefour building to get my haircut and then went home .

My picture taking ? Fail as usual . For some odd reason , my hand still shakes alot...Only happens when I'm NOT working for the Editorial board :X
