The most fundamental question.

What is the purpose of life?


My friend might tell me that there isn't, but I differ.

And yet, in my worldview, is the purpose in life to achieve happiness? To be God's pet and be treated with luxury and joy and happiness?

Or was I supposed to accept the fact that life sucks, deny myself, and pick up my cross and follow him regardless of the pain?

He always said that life would suck anyway...
